Description
This story continues the world from The Three-Body Problem by Liu Cixin. Yun Tianming is in the middle of a war between stars. Sick with cancer, he decides to end his life, but finds himself frozen and shot into space where he’s captured by the Trisolaran First Fleet. After being tortured for years, Yun helps the aliens to avoid Earth being destroyed. The Trisolarans give him a new, healthy body, but he has to live away from humans as a traitor. As he’s getting old, a new chance comes up. A being called The Spirit asks Yun to fight an enemy that could end the universe. But Yun doesn’t want to be used again. He comes up with his own plan to save the future of humanity.
